When Keeley Schroder announced that the topic for today would be most recent experience with anxiety, I wasn’t sure where I was going to go with this.

There are a lot of things that make me anxious: my dog getting out without a leash (he’s a biter IF he doesn’t know you), being judged because I’m an ambulatory wheelchair user, driving despite past accidents, seeing a garden snake in my yard, etc. I’m an anxious person!

All of these things (except the snake) have been concerns over the last week.

My husband took the dogs inside the house when my mom and I were hanging out in the gorgeous weather. He unleashed Max, which Mom didn’t know when she went to go in with her electric wheelchair.

Max jumped over the wheelchair and came straight over to me. That’s usually what he does in the rare occurrences when he gets out. I just wish that I could trust it would be EVERY time.

We just got our car back after almost two weeks. I had to drive McIntyre home from the Subaru dealership in Boardman, Ohio. I’m proud to say no accidents due to cautious driving on my part, and I only lost track of Randy when we were by an exit that would lead me home.
