I've often heard that the first hour of any day sets the intention for the rest of the day. It's key to use it wisely.

Being from a background of restaurant work, I've worked a lot of different schedules: late nights, early mornings, mid-day. 5 am wouldn't have worked in a lot of those situations. But having a solid morning routine made a huge difference.
