When I was younger (and still attended church), I dressed victorian/romantic goth. I was always worried about being a Christian, enjoying that style and the perception of others. My pastor and his wife were (thankfully) open minded. She always told me that if I didn't feel convicted than I didn't need to change. Basically, work it out with God and don't worry.

It seems like your heart is in the right place when it comes to modesty. So keep enjoying your style.
