I loved this piece Terry. It was a great overview to what goes on behind the scenes. I've been working on a project where I submitted 20 pieces to 20 publications this month. I sadly had never considered what an editor actually goes throgh . However, I am grateful when people care enough to leave comments of things to fix. Now that I have a better view, I'm much more grateful for their edits. Thank you.
